Provided is a wet transfer printing method for an interwoven fabric of milk protein fiber/cotton fiber, comprising steps as follows: 1, preparing a printed thin film; 2, obtaining a wet interwoven fabric of milk protein fiber/cotton fiber; 3, bonding the wet interwoven fabric of milk protein fiber/cotton fiber and the printed thin film together, and entering the resultant into a transfer printing device to perform roll compaction, so as to clearly transfer patterns from the printed thin film to the surface of the interwoven fabric of milk protein fiber/cotton fiber; 4, introducing into a continuous steamer to perform steaming and color development, and performing conventional washing and drying after leaving the steamer. The wet transfer printing of the interwoven fabric of milk protein fiber/cotton fiber can be realized by selecting an appropriate color paste and pretreatment liquid. The pattern designs show fine workmanship, the printed patterns are clear and natural, and the fastness can reach level 3-4 or higher; moreover, the layering of the pattern designs is strong, the white ground part of the pattern designs is pure white and non-yellowing, such that the wet transfer printing can be comparable with the digital direct-jet printing.
