Abstract:
Disclosed is a wet transfer printing method for a wool fabric, comprising the following steps: (1) printing a pattern onto a coated film by a plate roller in a gravure printing machine using a prepared colour paste to manufacture a patterned film; (2) introducing the wool fabric into a padding trough containing a pretreatment solution, and dipping and rolling the wool fabric once at a normal temperature of 10-30°C to obtain a wetted wool fabric; (3) attaching together the wetted wool fabric obtained in step (2) and the patterned film obtained in step (1), and bringing them into a transfer printing device for rolling so as to clearly transfer the pattern on the patterned film to the surface of the wool fabric; and (4) introducing the wool fabric obtained in step (3) to a continuous steamer for steaming and colour development, and conventionally washing and drying the wool fabric after discharged from the steamer. The present invention can achieve the wet transfer printing of a wool fabric by choosing an appropriate colour paste and an appropriate pretreatment solution; moreover, the degree of pattern fineness is high, the painted pattern is clear and natural, and the fastness can reach level 3-4 or higher.
