Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wet type air cleaner which receives contaminated air inside an air cleaner and allows the air to come into contact with water particles spayed as fine particles, thereby enabling a contamination source such as fine dust to be adsorbed onto the water particles and to enter the air cleaner or to be deposited in the air cleaner, and also having the function of humidifying an indoor environment. The wet type air cleaner forcibly introduces external contaminated air into the air cleaner by using a rotary fan installed inside the air cleaner and simultaneously sprays water stored inside a second outer cover into the air cleaner such that the introduced air and water particles come into contact with each other, and air purified by adsorbing fine dust, etc. in the air onto the water particles is discharged to the outside, thereby generating clean air as well as having a humidification function to adjust humidity with respect to an external environment. In addition, the wet type air cleaner can reduce a drop of water or a noise resulting from friction between external air and water.
