Abstract:
A wet-type dust removal grinding wheel machine, comprising a grinding wheel machine grinding head (4), a motor (3), a bracket (1), and a bottom base (2), the bottom base being fixed to the upper end of the bracket, the motor being mounted on the upper end of the bottom base, the grinding wheel machine grinding head being fixed to the two ends of the motor, a protective sleeve (5) being sleeved over the grinding wheel machine grinding head, an operating platform (6) being fixed in the middle of the bracket, a hole (7) being disposed on the surface of the operating platform, and a wet-type dust removal apparatus being mounted on the lower end of the operating platform. By means of mounting a wet-type dust removal apparatus to the bottom end of the grinding wheel machine, during operation dust removal of the operating platform can be implemented by means of a nozzle, reducing the accumulation of dust on the apparatus during use and also reducing the temperature of the workpieces; the used water is filtered and then re-used in the wet-type dust removal apparatus, saving water resources.
