Abstract:
A first group (11) is disposed on the upstream side of a balance adjustment mechanism (30) and a second group (40) is disposed on the downstream side of the balance adjustment mechanism (30). Whereas the balance adjustment mechanism was disposed at the end of the wheel assembly line in the past, the balance adjustment mechanism (30) is disposed midway through the wheel assembly line (10). It is possible to discharge rejected product from the line early and reduce so-called wasted work by half. By concentrating automated machines in the first group (11) and concentrating workers in the second group (40), the automated machines and people are completely separated and the length of the wheel assembly line is significantly shortened.
