A wheel assembly structure (15) for assembling a first wheel (16), a second wheel (17) and a main vehicle frame (13) comprises: a bottom plate connecting block (151); an abrasive disc assembly (152); a first wheel support (153); a second wheel support (154); a first position-limiting member (155); and a second position-limiting member (156). The bottom plate connecting block (151) is connected to the main vehicle frame (13). The abrasive disc assembly (152) is connected to the bottom plate connecting block (151). The abrasive disc assembly (152) has a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other. The first wheel support (153) has one end connected and fixed to the first wheel (16) and the other end movably connected to the first end of the abrasive disc assembly (152). The second wheel support (154) has one end connected and fixed to the second wheel (17) and the other end movably connected to the second end of the abrasive disc assembly (152). The first position-limiting member (155) has one end connected to the bottom plate connecting block (151) and the other end connected to the first wheel support (153). The second position-limiting member (156) has one end connected to the bottom plate connecting block (151) and the other end connected to the second wheel support (154). A vehicle provided with the wheel assembly structure does not capsize easily.
