Abstract:
A wheel group apparatus having an auxiliary wheel comprising a circular wheel (1), at least one auxiliary wheel (2) being disposed at a front side of the circular wheel (1); the circular wheel (1) and the auxiliary wheel (2) are connected to a support (3) respectively through a bearing; the circular wheel (1) is used to contact with the ground, and the auxiliary wheel (2) is used to cross an obstacle or contact with the ground; the support (3) is connected to a control shaft (5), so that the support (3) rotates with respect to the control shaft (5) to change a contact state of the circular wheel (1) and the ground and of the auxiliary wheel (2) and the ground. The apparatus replaces a circle with an arc, so as to reduce the volume and weight of a wheel. The shape of an arc formed by all wheels may be changed, not only an angle of the arc and the ground can be changed, the shape of the arc can also be changed, for example, changed into an approximate arc, a straight line, or a curve. Moreover, by means of separate movement of each wheel, the shape of the arc can be changed instantly.
