Abstract:

A wheel hub drive assembly (100) comprising: a wheel hub (110); a wheel hub bearing (10) arranged within the wheel hub (110) and provided on the central axis thereof, where one between a bearing inner ring (11) and a bearing outer ring (12) of the wheel hub bearing (10) is a rotating ring while the other is a non-rotating ring; a housing (20) surrounding the wheel hub bearing (10) thus forming a housing space, where the housing space comprises a first accommodating chamber and a second accommodating chamber that are sealed; an actuator (30) arranged within the first accommodating chamber; and, a reducer (40) arranged within the second accommodating chamber, where an input end of the reducer (40) is connected to an output end of the actuator (30), an output end of the reducer (40) is connected to the rotating ring, the rotating ring is also connected to the wheel hub (110), and the non-rotating ring is connected to the housing (20). The wheel hub assembly allows the reducer and the wheel hub bearing to be integrated into the wheel hub actuator, thus allowing the layout of the actuator, the wheel hub bearing, and the reducer to be optimized in the limited space of the wheel hub.
