Abstract:
A wheel loader (1) is provided with: a cap (6); a ladder (8); a vehicle body cover (10); an engine (15); an air cleaner (13); and an expansion member (9). The ladder (8) has first through third steps (81a)-(81c). The air cleaner (13) is outside the vehicle body cover (10) and is positioned above and to the rear of the ladder (8). The expansion member (9) can be in an expanded position or in a retracted position. When in the expanded position, the expansion member (9) is adjacent to a second step (81b).
