Abstract:
Provided are a wheel and a wheel manufacturing method. The wheel comprises a rim (20), and spokes (10). The spokes (10) are connected to the rim (20) by means of laser welding, and a welding bead structure (30) is provided at the welding position between the rim (20) and each spoke (10), the thickness H of the welding bead structure (30) being less than or equal to 3 mm. The welding position between the rim (20) and the spoke (10) is located at an inner surface of the rim (20). The wheel effectively solves the problem in the prior art of the service life of a wheel being influenced due to a large heat influence of a welding area of each spoke (10) and the rim (20) of the wheel.
