Provided are a wheel having high mechanical strength and a method for manufacturing the same.
The wheel (100) has a disk portion (6), an outer rim (7) and an inner rim (8). The disk portion (6) and the inner as well as the outer rim comprise an aluminum portion (22) and a magnesium portion (21) joined together by forging.
