Abstract:
A wheel pumping unit includes a support frame (12), a base (1), a sucker rod (7), a traction rope (10) for the sucker rod, a counterweight (18), a traction rope (17) for the counterweight, a driving wheel (19), a driving wheel bracket (3), a power unit and an electronic control device (22). A head pulley (15) is provided on the top part of the support frame and the bottom part of the support frame is mounted on the base; the driving wheel is mounted on the driving wheel bracket which is connected with the base by a hinge shaft (2). A side of the circumference of the head pulley is connected to the sucker rod and another side of the head pulley is connected to the counterweight; the middle part of a driving rope (11) is fixed on the driving wheel, and two ends thereof are wound around the driving wheel from opposite directions and respectively connected to either side of the circumference of the head pulley. Controlled by an electronic control device program, a forward-backward direction-reversing method provided by a motor (6) of the power unit replaces the reversing method provided by a four-bar linkage reversing mechanism of a beam pumping unit, and the sucker rod and the counterweight are respectively hung on the two sides of the head pulley to achieve static balance. Therefore, the pumping unit has high balance precision and reversing efficiency, low reversing vibration, and allows for easy adjustment of the length and number of strokes.
