Abstract:
Provided is a wheel rim (1) for a tire comprising a rim body (5), which has seat sections (5a) at both end sections, in the direction of the rotating shaft, where bead sections (2c) of the tire (2) are seated, and a rim section (1A), which has a pair of flanges (6) which are provided as continuations of both side sections of said rim body (5) and extend in the radial direction. Convex parts (9), which extend in a direction to intersect the circumferential direction, are provided spaced in the circumferential direction on the outer surfaces (6o), in the direction of the rotating shaft, of the flanges (6), which do not come into contact with the tire (2), and/or on the inner surface, in the radial direction, of the aforementioned rim body (5).
