Abstract:
A wheel translational transmission mechanism, composed of a main shaft (1), a slave shaft (2), star wheels (3), elastic bodies (4), a bearing (5) and a slave shaft flange (6); the slave shaft (2) coaxially connected to the slave shaft flange (6) is provided on the main shaft (1) by means of the bearing (5) and can rotate relative to the main shaft; each star wheel (3) composed of one end of an elastic body (4) and two half-short cylinders is provided in a circular groove (7) of the main shaft and can rotate, and the other end of the elastic body (4) is provided in a rectangular groove (8) of the slave shaft; the main shaft (1) rotates under the action of an engine gearbox, two ends of each elastic body (4) are engaged by a star wheel (3) and a rectangular groove (8) of the slave shaft to generate a synchronous periodic elastic bending moment in a elastic cavity, and meanwhile the star wheel (3) rotates synchronously and periodically relative to the circular groove (7) of the main shaft, so that the slave shaft flange (6) drives a wheel to generate a translational friction and an enhanced balancing force effect on a road surface. The transmission mechanism can increase the driving efficiency of an automobile, and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
