Abstract:
A wheel-type arch-breaking mechanism comprising at least one rotary arch-breaking wheel (100) and paddling structures (110) radially arranged on the periphery of the rotary arch-breaking wheel (100). The rotary arch-breaking wheel (100) is rotatively supported on a wall surface of a material chamber. The paddling structures (110) of the at least one rotary arch-breaking wheel (100) are in an interference state with a moving part (200) in the material chamber. While moving, the moving part (200) paddles the paddling structures (110) on the periphery of the rotary arch-breaking wheel (100) into rotation, thus breaking arches of materials in proximity to the wall surface of the material chamber. The rotary arch-breaking mechanism improves the fluidity of materials on the wall surface of the material chamber, thus preventing formation of arches on the wall surface of the material chamber.
