Abstract:
The present invention provides a wheelchair frame for correcting rider posture. A specific configuration thereof comprises a basic frame (11) installed in a lower portion of a wheelchair, a shock absorber (20) being mounted to one side of the basic frame (11) and a cylinder (15) connected to the shock absorber (20) being mounted to the other side of the basic frame (11), wherein the shock absorber (20) has a first cover (21) on the top and a second cover (22) on the bottom. A first bracket (30) and a second bracket (33) are installed in front of the first cover (21) and the second cover (22), wherein: the front of the first cover (21) is rotatably mounted via a first upper hinge portion (31) of the first bracket (30) and a second upper hinge portion (34) of the second bracket (33); the rear of the first cover (21) is rotatably mounted via a third upper hinge portion (41) of a third bracket (40) and a fourth upper hinge portion (44) of a fourth bracket (43); the front of the second cover (22) is rotatably mounted via a first lower hinge portion (32) of the first bracket (30) and a second lower hinge portion (35) of the second bracket (33); and the rear of the second cover (22) is rotatably mounted via a third lower hinge portion (42) of the third bracket (40) and a fourth lower hinge portion (45) of the fourth bracket (43). Also, a coil spring 59 is mounted between the first cover 21 and the second cover 22. Accordingly, the configuration eliminates vibrations due to a road surface in real time, thus allowing the rider to assume a comfortable posture when riding.
