Abstract:
This wheeled work vehicle comprises a transmission that transmits the rotational power of a hydraulic travel motor to a wheel, a travel control valve that has a block position to block supply of pressurized oil to the hydraulic travel motor from a hydraulic pump, a speed change switching valve that switches the speed stage of the transmission by way of selectively switching the position, and a controller that controls the travel control valve and the speed change switching valve. In the case of the transmission switching from a high speed stage to a low speed stage, after the travel control valve has switched to the block position, the controller switches the position of the speed change switching valve so that the transmission high speed stage switches to the low speed stage and switches the travel control valve from the block position toward the pre-switching original position.
