Abstract:
The present application provides white carbon black for use in a green tire and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: (1) mixing a sodium silicate aqueous solution and a modified organic solution to obtain a mixed solution; (2) under a bubbling condition, mixing an acid solution and the mixed solution obtained in step (1), and aging for the first time to obtain a primary precipitation solution having a pH value of 4-5; and (3) dropwise adding an alkali solution into the primary precipitation solution, adjusting the pH value to 6-6.5, dropwise adding the acid solution after aging for the second time, adjusting the pH value to 4-5, and performing solid-liquid separation after a precipitation reaction to obtain white carbon black for use in a green tire, wherein the alkali solution in step (3) comprises alkali inorganic salts and polyether polyol. The preparation method is simple in process flow, the obtained white carbon black is highly dispersible without adding excessive modified substances, and when the white carbon black is for use in a green tire, the tire has excellent wear resistance and low rolling resistance while having good wet skid resistance.
