Abstract:
A white latex adhesive and a preparation method therefor, comprising in parts by weight 300-400 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-8 parts of hydrochloric acid, 30-50 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 7-9 parts of liquid alkali, 12-16 parts of emulsifier, 10-20 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 450-500 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 200-300 parts of filler, and 2-4 parts of triethanolamine oleate. The adhesive has a low cold junction temperature, good freeze resistance, high tensile and shearing strength, water resistant properties, and no degumming; heat resistance is good, being able to withstanding temperatures of over 100°C; and costs are relatively low, being able to be produced in conditions with or without a reaction kettle.
