Abstract:
Provided is a white light OLED device, comprising a substrate (11, 21), a anode (121, 231), a hole injection layer (131, 241), a hole transport layer (132, 242), a light emitting layer (14, 25), an electron transport layer (151, 261), and an electron injection layer (152, 262) that are stacked in sequence. The white light OLED device further comprises a reflecting layer (16) disposed on the electron injection layer (152) or a reflecting layer (22) sandwiched between the substrate (21) and the anode (231), wherein the material of the reflecting layer (16, 22) has selective reflection functions on light of different wavelengths. The spectrum of the device is adjusted by using the reflecting layers of different materials, so that the light emitting efficiency of the light emitting materials in the white light OLED device are optimal during light emitting, thereby resolving the problems in the prior art of mismatched carrier concentration, high calorific value, and charge and heat accumulation etc. in the white light OLED device caused by the production of more heat by light emitting materials with high rated light emitting efficiency due to artificial lowering of the actual light emitting efficiency of the light emitting materials with high rated light emitting efficiency in order to match with light emitting materials with low light emitting efficiency.
