Abstract:

Provided is a white resin composition capable of maintaining a high degree of whiteness even after a heat resistance test. A white resin composition including a white pigment, surface-treated calcium carbonate in which the surface of synthetic calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 0.05-1 μm has been surface treated by condensed phosphoric acid and organically modified silicone oil, and resin, wherein the white resin composition is characterized in that the content ratio of the white pigment and the surface-treated calcium carbonate is within the range of 90:10-60:40 by mass ratio (white pigment:surface-treated calcium carbonate), and the total contained amount of the white pigment and the surface-treated calcium carbonate in the resin composition is within the range of 5-70% by mass.
