Abstract:
The present invention relates to a whole body exercise machine, and more specifically, to a whole body exercise machine capable of a circular orbital movement of the waist and of strengthening the waist, back and stomach through longitudinal rotation and lateral-torsional rotation of the waist, back and stomach. The whole body exercise machine for exercising the upper body, waist and lower body which is capable of a circular orbital movement of the waist according to the present invention comprises: an upper body exercise unit which supports the head or shoulder part of the human body, enables an upper body exercise and moves while being interlocked with a waist exercise part; the waist exercise part which supports the waist or hip part of the human body and is capable of a circular orbital movement; and a lower body exercise part which supports the leg part of the human body and is horizontally movable to the right and left. The waist exercise part comprises a rotating board which rotates around a rotary shaft, wherein one or more ball casters are formed on the lower end surface of the rotating board, and one or more fixation clamps for fixing the rotating board are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating board in the circumferential direction.
