Abstract:
The invention relates to a whole bottle label-removing and cleaning integrated system, comprising a supporting platform, and further comprising a label-removing and cleaning machine, a bouncing separation screen, a cleaning liquid separator, and a cleaning liquid buffering water tank, which are sequentially connected. The label-removing and cleaning machine is installed on the supporting platform. The bouncing separation screen is used for separating cleaning water, labels and impurities from the main material. The cleaning liquid buffer water tank is used for containing the cleaning liquid purified by means of the cleaning liquid separator. In the system, by means of a brand-new design of the label-removing machine, strong cleaning is achieved while the label-removing and cleaning machine achieves the label-removing process, and by means of a brand-new design of the bounce separation screen, separation of cleaning water, labels and impurities from the main material is achieved. The cleaning water is thoroughly separated from labels and impurities by means of a filtering system in the cleaning liquid separator, and a large amount of cleaning water can be repeatedly used. The present system can greatly reduce the equipment investment and operation use costs by means of development design and system optimization integration of the multifunctional device.
