Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a wide area participation-type autonomous blackout avoidance control device which, in the case that the supply and demand balance in a power system has become unstable, enables performing control to autonomously stabilize the supply and demand balance. [Solution] This wide area participation-type autonomous blackout avoidance control device is provided in power receiving equipment 7, 9, 10 that has a demand control device for controlling at least the power load, or in power generating equipment 4, 5 that has a power generation control device for controlling the power generation amount, and is provided with a voltage frequency management device 11A which detects the frequency of system power at a connection point between the power system and the power receiving equipment 7, 9, 10 or the power generating equipment 4, 5; if the difference between the detected frequency and a reference frequency is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, then the demand set value in the demand control device or the power generation set value in the power generation control device is changed.
