Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light-emitting element. The light-emitting element according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first light-emitting diode chip for emitting light having a peak wavelength within a range of 350 nm to 420 nm; a second light-emitting diode chip disposed so as to be spaced from the first light-emitting diode chip and emitting light having a peak wavelength of 430 nm to 470 nm; a green fluorescent body formed on an upper part of the first light-emitting diode chip; and a red fluorescent body formed on an upper part of the second light-emitting diode chip, wherein the green fluorescent body can be a BAM-based green fluorescent body. According to embodiments of the present invention, since the wavelength conversion efficiency of the BAM-based green fluorescent body can be increased by using a near-ultraviolet light-emitting diode chip as an excitation light source, the BAM-based green fluorescent body can be selected as a green light source, thereby enabling color coordinates conforming to the Adobe standard and the D-cinema standard to be satisfied.
