Abstract:
A wide fiber mesh reinforced plastic composite pipe, comprising a pipe body (100). The pipe body (100) has a middle section (1), a socket section (2), and an insertion section (3). From inside to outside, the middle section (1) and the insertion section (3) sequentially comprise: an inner lining layer (5), a fiber mesh reinforcement layer (6), and an outer protective layer (7). The fiber mesh reinforcement layer (6) comprises an axial fiber layer (8) and a circumferential fiber layer (9) which are stacked. Fibers of the axial fiber layer (8) are continuous fibers parallel to the axial direction of the pipe body and penetrating through both ends of the pipe body. Fibers of the circumferential fiber layer (9) are continuous fibers continuously wound around the circumferential direction of the pipe body. According to the wide fiber mesh reinforced plastic composite pipe, an axial fiber layer and a circumferential fiber layer are provided in the fiber mesh reinforcement layer, such that the composite pipe has certain axial strength and can bear the radial internal pressure of the pipe.
