Abstract:

A width conversion tool (100) used to form a crease in the rear surface (1204) of a panel profile (100). The conversion tool has two legs (102)(104)with a gap (108) formed therebetween which the rear surface slides through. A crease (1212) is formed in the rear surface by rollers (114)(120) and/or raised surfaces (116)(118) which protrude into the gap and deform the rear surface as it passes through the gap.
