Abstract:
A winch motor control system and its control method, wherein the control system includes a main controller MCU (11) for detecting the power supply unit of the winch motor, the current of the winch motor and the temperature of the winch motor, controlling real-time communication with a remote controller, adjusting the speed of the winch motor, and turning off or on an H bridge control unit; an H bridge control unit (13) for controlling the current of the winch motor as well as forward and backward rotations of the winch motor; an H bridge driver (12) for driving the H bridge control unit; a wire interface unit (14) for performing real-time communication with the remote controller; and a logic latch unit (15) for starting the H bridge driver (12) when the wire interface unit (14) is connected to the remote controller. Wherein the H bridge driver (12) and the wire interface unit (14) are connected to the main controller MCU (11), and the logic latch unit (15) is connected with the wire interface unit (14) and the H bridge driver (12) respectively.
