Abstract:
Provided is a winch with screw-type rope structure, wherein the winch with screw-type rope structure has a rack (1), a power mechanism, brake, a reel (29), a traction rope is wound around the reel (29); a rope guiding device (25) is provided on one side of the reel (29), the rope guiding device (25) is connected to the screw (9), the screw (9) is connected to the rack (1) and parallel to the axis of the reel (29), stroke limiting portions are provided at both ends of the screw (9), which prevents the rope guiding device (25) from excessively slamming into the inner surface of the rack (1); two stroke detection devices are provided, the stroke detection devices are located at the extreme positions of the two ends of the moving track of the rope guiding device (25), a control mechanism is provided, the stroke detection devices are connected to the control mechanism, the control mechanism is linked with the screw (9), and drives the screw (9) to rotate in the forward and reverse directions, the rope guiding device (25) is movable on the screw (9), such that the traction rope is arranged in an orderly manner on the reel (29).
