Abstract:
A wind measuring/controlling device which measures the wind power density, wind power and integrated window power of wind, and performs a well-balanced control on the torque and rotation speed of a wind power generator, and a wind measuring/controlling method. The wind measuring/controlling device is characterized by comprising a field current sensor provided in the field of a separately-excited generator and a armature current sensor provided in an armature, a current booster for supplying field current to the separately-excited generator, an electronic load device for inducing a residual current obtained by subtracting a charge current to a charger from an armature current generated at the separately-excited generator, a field-use differential amplifier for outputting a field current control signal to the current booster, and an armature-use differential amplifier for outputting an armature current control signal to the electronic load device.
