Abstract:
A wind direction forecast-based yaw control method and device. The yaw control method establishes an ARIMA-KF forecast model used for forecasting wind direction and a limited control set-based MPC control model, and then reduces a yaw error of the yaw control device by means of mutual loops and iterations between the ARIMA-KF forecast model and the MPC control model, thus increasing the maximum wind energy capturing capability of a wind turbine.
