Abstract:
Provided is a wind energy recovery device and wind power generation device that can continuously extract rotational force from the tractive force of a kite, and that can efficiently convert the tractive force of the kite into the rotational force. The present invention has: a kite (2) that floats in air under the force of wind; a draw cable (3) for drawing the kite (2); a control cable (4) for controlling the motion of the kite (2); a control unit (5) for controlling the tensile force of the control cable (4); a power lever (6) capable of reciprocating turning motion, the power lever (6) being connected to the control unit (5); and a power output means (7) for converting and outputting the reciprocating turning motion into rotational motion, the power output means (7) being connected to the power lever (6). The tensile force of the control cable (4) is controlled by the control unit (5), whereby the motion of the kite (2) is controlled, and the kite (2) is made to move left and right in a reciprocating manner so that the trajectory substantially forms an arcuate shape, whereby the power lever (6) is driven and power is outputted.
