Abstract:
To reduce the effects of backflow of a wind power generation apparatus on not only floating ocean wind farms, but on wind farms altogether, including, e.g., land wind farms and implanted ocean wind farms. A wind farm having a plurality of wind power generation apparatuses each of which is provided with a tower (12), a nacelle (11) rotatably supported on the tower (12), and a windmill rotor (10) rotatably supported on the nacelle (11), wherein the wind farm is characterized in that a height adjustment means capable of varying the height of the windmill rotor (10) is provided, and the height of the windmill rotor of a second wind power generation apparatus positioned downwind is adjusted by the height adjustment means so as to change relative to the height of the windmill rotor of a first wind power generation apparatus positioned upwind of the second wind power generation apparatus.
