Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wind power generation apparatus capable of increasing the wind pressure of blades and minimizing drag, and capable of increasing rotating power by applying a rotational moment having strong propelling power even when wind speed is low. The present invention relates to the wind power generation apparatus comprising: rotary discs provided at both ends of a rotary shaft, with a predetermined interval therebetween, so to face each other; the plurality of blades arranged at equal intervals in a circular arc shape between both rotary discs; a wind direction guide member positioned on the inner sides of the blades and disposed on the outer part of a center rotary shaft; and a flywheel guide part having a plurality of weight water flowing chambers which are formed on the rotary discs and which comprise closed water-passing pipes in which weight water swirls, so that the center of gravity of the weight water moves in the circumferential direction of the rotary disc.
