Abstract:
The present invention autonomously controls operation of wind power generators and enables compensation of variations in a system frequency. Wind power generation devices 12a, 12b are connected to a power system 11 and comprise: first control units 17a, 17b that each calculate a power command value for compensating for variations in a system frequency on the basis of a host edge operation amount, which is an operation amount of a wind power generator 15a, 15b of the host device, an average value of the host edge operation amount and the operation amount of other wind power generator, and a system frequency obtained from a voltage value at an electrical connection point between the wind power generator 15a, 15b and the power system 11; and second control units 18a, 18b that each control operations of the wind power generator in accordance with the power command values supplied from the first control unit.
