Abstract:

Disclosed is a wind power generation device (1A) wherein a rotor head (6) that rotates when windmill blades (9) catch wind drives a generator (11) provided inside a nacelle (5) and generates power. The wind power generation device (1A) is characterized by the provision inside the nacelle (5) of a nacelle internal air flow path (18), wherein external air flows as cooling air and which is separated from an internal space (S1) in the nacelle (5), and the disposal adjacent to the nacelle internal air flow path (18) of a heat generation device (such as the generator (11)) positioned in this internal space (S1). Specifically disclosed is the use of a double-wall structure comprising an external wall (17a) and an internal wall (17b) for at least part of a wall body (17) that forms the nacelle (5). The space between the external wall (17a) and the internal wall (17b) forms the nacelle internal air flow path (18) and the heat generation device is disposed adjacent to the internal wall (17b).
