Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wind power generation device and, more particularly, to a wind power generation device configured such that, even in the case of a weak wind speed, rotational power can be generated by an action of a moment of a storing rotation, thereby guaranteeing stable power generation. Particularly, the present invention is characterized by a wind power generation device comprising: a rotating shaft portion installed horizontally; a rotor installed on the periphery of the rotating shaft portion so as to rotate in the upward/downward direction; and a plurality of blades installed at a constant interval on the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, wherein a plurality of weight-eccentric action chambers are divided/delimited inside the rotor; weight water is introduced into the weight-eccentric action chambers such that the same can flow to inner ends and outer ends of the weight-eccentric action chambers; the plurality of weight-eccentric action chambers are configured such that, in the direction of downward rotation of the rotor, the weight water gathers at the outer ends of the weight-eccentric action chambers and, in the direction of upward rotation thereof (in the opposite direction), the weight water gathers at the inner ends of the weight-eccentric action chambers; and, accordingly, rotational power can be generated by a weight deviation resulting from a movement of the center of gravity of the rotor.
