Abstract:
A wind power generation device (1) comprises: a support shaft (10); a rotating body (20) that comprises a dielectric and is supported by the support shaft so as to be rotatable around the center axis of the support shaft; a plurality of electrodes (30) that are provided to the surface of the rotating body so as to be lined up at intervals along the circumferential direction and around the center axis; a power source (50) that applies a prescribed voltage to each electrode of the plurality of electrodes at a prescribed time interval; and an electrical generator (60) that is linked to the rotating body.
