Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is, when an output increase request is issued during an output reduction operation, to prevent the amount of output from decreasing due to a wind speed drop. Provided is a wind power generation system control device comprising: a wind turbine classification unit (31) for classifying a plurality of wind turbines into a first wind turbine group that does not satisfy a rated wind speed condition and a second wind turbine group that satisfies the rated wind speed condition; a first control unit (33) for releasing each wind turbine in the first wind turbine group from an output reduction operation and allowing the each wind turbine to perform an output according to wind conditions; and a second control unit (34) for allowing the output from wind turbines in the second wind turbine group to complement a first deviation that is the difference between the total output of the first wind turbine group and a target output.
