Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention provides a wind power generator that is extremely safe with respect to foreign body collisions, has a wide power output regulation range according to the size of wind energy, is flexibly capable of coping with the magnitude of actual power demand, is easy to set up and assemble, and reduces costs. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a frame (121) that uses a plurality of vertical support columns (122) and a bottom frame section (131) and a top frame section (132), which couple the lower end and the upper end of the vertical support columns, to form a housing space (130) through which natural wind circulates internally; a wind power generation means (111) having a vertical-axis-vertical-blade-type windmill (112), which is vertically positioned in the housing space (130) in a fixed vertical shaft support structure, and two power generating units (1) positioned at both the top and bottom of the windmill (112); a coupling mechanism section (141) for fixing to and coupling with other members disposed on the lower end and the upper end of the plurality of vertical support columns (122) constituting the frame; and a control means (180) that controls the power output and braking of the two power generating units (1) in accordance with the rotational state of the windmill (112). The frame (121) is capable of being arranged on an installation surface (200) in a single level, or in a tower-shaped stacked state extending from at least two to N (where N is a positive number) levels.
