Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wind power generator for producing electric energy by using wind and, more specifically, provides a wind power generator for allowing only blades positioned higher than a horizontal rotary shaft to collide with the wind by a fixed windbreak and rotate at normal times, thereby preventing the blades positioned at the upper and lower sides of the horizontal rotary shaft from simultaneously colliding with the wind and stopping without rotating due to the equilibrium of force and, specifically, raising, the liftable windbreak, which is provided in the fixed windbreak, above the fixed windbreak when a storm or a strong wind blows, so as to block the front of the blade positioned higher than the horizontal rotary shaft, thereby preventing the blades or other components from being broken by the strong wind.
