Abstract:

The invention discloses a lifting transportation process of wind power steel pipe piles, comprising: selecting a floating crane (1), calculating lifting parameters of the floating crane (1), selecting lifting points for steel pipe piles (6), selecting a transport vessel (11), selecting transport supports (12), installing the transport supports (12), lifting the steel pipe piles (6), loading the steel pipe piles (6), tying the steel pipe piles (6), and installing auxiliary parts. The lifting transportation process of wind power steel pipe piles has the advantages that the process steps are stable and ordered, lifting is stable, and tying firmness is good. With two lifting points selected, the position of a hook combiner (4) is determined. The included angle between two lifting wire ropes (5) is not greater than 45 degrees, thereby tension between the lifting wire ropes (5) is reduced, breakage of the lifting wire ropes (5) is avoided, imbalance at one end due to the sliding of the lifting wire ropes (5) to the middle of a steel pipe pile (6) is also prevented, and lifting safety is ensured. By calculating the number of the transport supports (12) and loading N of each transport support (12), no damage can be caused to the transport vessel (11) during transport of the wind power steel pipe piles (6). The steel pipe piles (6) are tied firmly and stably, thereby shaking of the transport vessel (11) during transporting is avoided, and transport safety is ensured.
