Title:
WIND-POWERED ELECTRICAL GENERATOR EMPLOYING AUTOMATION CONTROL TECHNIQUE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/152313
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A wind-powered electrical generator employing an automation control technique, comprising several blades (1), a gearbox (2), a tower (5), a base (6), a lifting/lowering apparatus (7), and a wheel hub (10). The blades (1) are distributed evenly in the circumferential direction at the periphery of the wheel hub (10). The wheel hub (10) is transmissively connected to the gearbox (2). The gearbox (2) is arranged on top of the tower (5). The tower (5) is arranged on the base (6). The base (6) is arranged on the lifting/lowering apparatus (7). The gearbox (2) is provided with a blade speed governor. The wind-powered electrical generator employing the automation control technique measures via an anemometer (4) and, when encountering high wind weather, notifies a central control device to control the lifting/lowering apparatus (7) to perform a lowering operation so as to reduce the height of the wind-powered electrical generator, thus ensuring the use safety of the wind-powered electrical generator, and, at the same time, to control the blade speed governor to reduce the rotational speed of the blades (1), thus extending the service life of the blades (1).
