Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wind powered generator which has been improved in such a way that vibration noise can be reduced by forming a pole part at the rotor hub, while at the same time the blades can be given a shock-absorbing function with respect to vibration, noise and external impacts. The invention comprises: a column which is disposed vertically with respect to the ground surface; an electricity-generating unit which is disposed on top of the column and generates electricity; a rotor shaft which is formed projecting horizontally on one side of the electricity-generating unit; a rotor hub which is rotatably coupled to the rotor shaft; a plurality of blades which are rotatably coupled to the rotor hub; and a damper of which one end is coupled to the rotor hub, and other ends are tightly fitted to sites on the other sides of the blades so as to achieve support with absorption of shock.
