Abstract:
A wind and solar power generating mechanism includes a rotating device (11), a base (16), an air guiding plate (17), and a blade body (20). The blade body (20) has a central shaft rod (21) and several assembled blades (22) centering on the central shaft rod. The blades are provided with movable baffles (23) that can close or adjust the tilt of the blades. The air guiding plate is a sheet material with a flat surface and provided with solar panels that can absorb solar energy. The air guiding plate is located on the air inlet of the blade body and provided adjustably on the base. The generating mechanism can select wind or solar power to generate electricity. The air guiding plate can adjust the air inlet state of the blade body or baffle the air inlet. The generating mechanism can further rotate the air guiding plate to align with the windward side.
