Abstract:
This wind turbine blade (1) has a lightning protection function and is provided with: an outer skin material (11); a beam material that extends in the direction of blade length in a space within the outer skin material; a spar cap (16) formed by connecting a carbon fiber plastic laminate (161) disposed on the blade base (1A) side of the wind turbine blade (1) and a fiberglass plastic laminate (162) that is disposed on the blade tip (1B) side are connected, said spar cap (16) supporting the beam material in the outer skin material; and a lighting strike protective device that has receptors (21, 23) for receiving lightning that are attached to the outer skin material (11) on the side on which the fiberglass plastic laminate (162) is disposed, a down conductor for conducting the lightning current received by the receptors (21, 23) toward the ground, and conductive metal material (41) that covers the outer skin material (11) on the side on which the carbon fiber plastic laminate (161) is disposed.
