Abstract:
A wind turbine capable of introducing reactive wind. Blades of the wind turbine can shuttle between both sides of a wind axis while rotating with the wind axis, such that the blades can change the original rotation track and hand over to a reactive area of the wind turbine. A wind introducing device used for blowing air in the reactive area toward an active area is mounted within the reactive area.
