Abstract:
A wind turbine gearbox oil changing device and a use method thereof. The wind turbine gearbox oil changing device comprises a mobile box body (1), and a reversing mechanism, a filtration mechanism and an oil storage mechanism which are arranged in the mobile box body, the reversing mechanism being provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are not opened or closed at the same time, the filtration mechanism comprising a filtration tank (9) and a sedimentation tank (16), the filtration tank (9) being located below the oil outlet, the sedimentation tank (16) being located below the filtration tank, the sedimentation tank (16) and the oil storage mechanism being connected to each other and internally communicating with each other, and the oil storage mechanism communicating with the oil inlet. The sedimentation tank (16) and the oil storage mechanism can be pushed into the mobile box body (1) or pushed out of the mobile box body (1).
