Abstract:
A wind turbine yaw testing mechanism (100) comprises: a cabinet support (107), whose upper end is fixed in a cabinet of the wind turbine, and lower end is mounted on a yaw base (108); a tower drum tool (104), which is connected with a tower drum tool driving device by a transmission mechanism (100), and rotates around a tower drum tool axis under the action of the tower drum tool driving device; an upper slewing bearing (105), which is mounted on the bottom of the cabinet underbed for realizing the movement of the tower drum tool (104) relative to the cabinet; a lower slewing bearing (102), which is mounted on the yaw base (108) for realizing the movement of the tower drum tool (104) relative to the yaw base (108). The yaw test can be carried out synchronously with the wind turbine drag test, so that the mechanism (100) saves test time and increases the test efficiency, and the test is convenient to operate. The cabinet deflection is not necessary when the yaw test is carried out, and the space for test is saved. The mechanism (100) is convenient to be installed. And a wind turbine body testing bench is provided.
