Abstract:
A winder with a contact roller for solving the problem with a prior-art bobbin winder, that although higher speed and longer length are dealt with by dividing the contact roller in the axial direction to thereby raise the resonance point, maintainability deteriorates and the number of components increases due to the dividing. Since a common housing located in the middle is not required to be removed at the time of removing the contact roller, the number of components being handled can be decreased and an expensive jig for ensuring the centering accuracy is not required to be manufactured or managed at the time of reassembling. Since the intermediate housing is not removed, the common housing is not decentered by repositioning. Furthermore, only the contact roller on the machine frame side can be replaced readily and maintenance efficiency is enhanced significantly.
